OTUIBE’S KINSMEN REJECT HIS SECOND TERM BID ON THE GROUND OF EQUITY, JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS

MAY THE GODS OF MBAISE LAND VISIT OTUIBE AND HIS GENERATIONS IF HE REFUSES TO STEP DOWN AND ALLOW EQUITY TO PREVAIL AFTER SIGNING DOCUMENTAL AGREEMENT OF 4 YEARS TENURE IN 2018 WHICH LED TO HON. KEN AGBIM FAILURE

As the saying goes, he that comes to equity must come with clean hands. This has been practiced today by the elders and nobles of Ekwereazu/Ahiara clans of Ahiazu Mbaise Constituency.

Recall that before now the good people of Ahiara and Ekwereazu has agreed to a four years bid at the Imo State House of Assembly for their constituency.

However, Samuel Otuibe opted to breaching this covenant with his power of incumbency.

Suffice to say that Samuel Otuibe as the member representing Ahiazu Mbaise Constituency is from Ahiara Clan and is supposed to step down for another candidate from Ekwereazu Clan as signed by him.

For conscience sake, the leaders of the both clans have gathered irrespective of their political affiliations to establish that Otuibe is not qualified for a second term bid in the Imo State House of Assembly.

These are leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), All Progressive Congress (APC), Labour Part (LP), All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Accord Party (AP), et cetera, from both Ahiara and Ekwereazu Clans.

Among the personalities are the
APC Leaders from Ahiara Clan which includes the immediate past Transition Committee (TC) Chairman of Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, Hon. Chief. Larrymore Chikwe, Chief. Hon. Mrs Ngozi Aririguzo, Hon. Chris Okechukwu, Hon. Dr. Jude Agulanna, Hon. Chief. Magnus Amaefule, Hon. Law Agulanna.

Also among are the PDP Leaders from Ahiara Clan Extraction which includes High. Chief. Dr. Shia Azu-Okorie, Hon. Chief. Bob Ugwuibe, Hon. Dr. Bona Ogu Bona, Hon. Nze Richard Iwu, Hon. Mrs. Nonye Ajaegbu, Hon. Nze Chidiebere Adi amongst other Ahiazu Mbaise elites.

In consensus, they all chorused ‘Justice, Equity and Fairness’ as what is deserving of the Ekwereazu people come 2023, and that the only way to achieve this is not to consider Otuibe who is the flag bearer of APC and vote for Rex Okoro who is the flag bearer of PDP.

They also stressed that their conscience and integrity can not be bought over by the money Otuibe is throwing around to win their favours.

For the records, Otuibe emerged a House Member as a result of this rotation as both the people of Ahiara and Ekwereazu jointly refused to give their mandate to …. who contested then, but decided to give it to Otuibe on behalf of the Ahiara Clan.

Not forgetting that Otuibe was at the forefront of that agreement as he was the one that signed and distributed it then to the awareness of all. Wonder why he wants to break it now.
