Shocking: Husband rejects wife’s corpse for not bearing a child while alive

I feel like sharing my late aunt’s story today on her death anniversary.

My aunty and her husband were married for years ( even before I was born) but no child, the husband’s family frustrated her and even married another wife for their son, the second wife too was unable to give birth she ran and got married to another man in less than 2 years she took in for her new husband ( that means my aunty wasn’t the problem at all) still my aunty didn’t leave the marriage, my aunty got sick, on her sick bed 🛌 the husband was not there at all.

The day my aunty died my family called her husband people, and we were told to bury her.

My people insisted she’s their wife according to our culture she should be buried in her husband’s place, but the husband people refused that they can not bury a woman that didn’t give they any child which is against their tradition.

My aunty was buried without the presence of her husband and his people.
